I have always been extremely facinated with cooking since I was a very young toddler. I was inspired by my grandmother and to me, she's the best chef in the world. She has always been able to do so much with very little ingredients. Her secrets are keeping everything fresh to get the best flavours. My principles in life is to be able to enjoy good food, nice wine and great laughters. These are the joy of being alive.
